BREATH GAMES®

Breath Games® provides 5-14 year old children with asthma a confidence building opportunity to have fun participating in track and field events.  Any child with asthma is encouraged to participate.  Breath Games® teaches children and their families about the health benefits of exercise and how to better manage asthma during exercise.

Join the American Lung Association of Los Angeles County and California State University, Northridge in a day of fun for the whole family.  Team O2 mobile tobacco education program and a special guest appearance by a Santa Claus will entertain everyone that attends Breath Games®.  There will be face painting, arts and crafts, moon bouncing and more.

All participants will receive T-shirts, ribbons and medals.  Medical supervision is provided.

   Breath Games® provée a niños de 5-14 años con asma, la opportunidad de sentirse en confianza al divertirse participando en eventos de carreras y saltos. Cualquier niño/a con asma, es animado a participar.  Breath Games® enseña los beneficios de salud del ejercicio, y como mejor manejar el asma durante el ejercicio a los niños/as y su familia.

Unase con la Associación Americana del Pulmón del Condado de Los Angeles y la Universidad de California, Northridge en un día de diversión para toda la familia.  Team O2 la unidad mobil de educación del tabaco y una visita especial de Santa Claus entretendra a todas las personas que asistan a Breath Games®.  Habra pinturas para la cara, artes manuales, brincos lunaticos y más.

Todos los participantes recibirán camisetas, listones y medallas.  Supervisión Medica sera proveída.
