Hi friends-

It's now 11 PM on Sunday night June 14th - I get up at 3:30 to leave for Seattle Center and the ride out for Day 1 at 6:30 AM. This note will be brief as I already will not get enough sleep. Tomorrow we climb over theCascades.

The attached file gte6-14.jpg is a composite of several shots taken around Seattle Center on today, Day Zero, as people check in their bikes and register.

Tomorrow is advertised to be one of the two hardest days of the ride, so I'll sign off now and try to sleep.

hugs,

Bob
