Tell An Adult About Your Asthma Episode

Tell an Adult

What can you do if you feel an asthma episode is happening?

If you have even some of the asthma warning signs, you should stay calm and tell an adult immediately. An adult can find help for you.

If your parents are not around, tell your teacher or school nurse or any adult nearby. Wherever you are, you can tell an adult that you are having an asthma episode. Don't be afraid to tell them that you are not feeling well.

Now that you have remained calm and told an adult about your asthma episode - what do you do next?
